Refund Policy     

     We offer a full refund policy. It means that in case an order isn’t delivered to you, we reimburse you all of what you have been charged. For such cases the amount will be given back to the originating credit card bank account, or alternatively you may ask for a re-shipment. The conditions for a refund depend on the shipping method of your choosing.

REGISTERED SHIPMENT

     Express shipment means that the consignment is traceable and we can follow up on the location of your parcel. If the consignment does not arrive within 14 days after shipping for Express Shipment, you may ask us for the tracking number of your order, with which it is simple to determine the exact location of your package. If we cannot prove that the consignment was dispatched to the exact address that was given to us for the order, we will initiate the refund.

     All merchandise may be returned within 15 days after the receipt for the following reasons: wrong product received or delayed shipment for a full refund. Returned product should be accompanied by an authorization number, which you can receive by emailing at support@thepharmaone.com
